Terms of Service
Effective date: June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Nehraq websites, BETA onboarding flows, and the Nehraq Liability OS. By requesting access, creating an account, signing in, selecting BETA access, or using Nehraq, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use Nehraq only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and have authority to use Nehraq on behalf of your organization. BETA registration requires a real company, institution, government, or organization work email. Public email domains may be rejected.
2. Accounts and workspace responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, workspace configuration, authorized users, agent records, authority boundaries, and any actions taken through your account or workspace. You must keep login credentials secure and promptly notify Nehraq of unauthorized access or suspected misuse.
3. BETA access
BETA access is limited, revocable, and subject to review. Features may change, be incomplete, contain errors, or be unavailable. Additional terms in the BETA Program Policy apply to all BETA users and workspaces.
4. Permitted use
You may use Nehraq to support legitimate organizational AI governance activities, including:
- registering AI agents and controlled workflows;
- defining authority boundaries and review rules;
- capturing evidence receipts and approval records;
- preparing incident-defense and claim-ready materials;
- evaluating organizational readiness for high-risk AI operations.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use Nehraq to:
- violate laws, regulations, contracts, or third-party rights;
- submit unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content;
- attempt to bypass access controls, security controls, or workspace permissions;
- reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt Nehraq services;
- use Nehraq to hide, falsify, manipulate, or destroy evidence;
- upload secrets, passwords, regulated data, or sensitive records unless authorized and properly configured;
- misrepresent Nehraq output as legal, insurance, or regulatory advice.
6. Customer data and configuration
You retain rights to data you submit to Nehraq. You grant Nehraq the rights necessary to operate, secure, display, process, and support the service. You are responsible for ensuring that customer data submitted to Nehraq is lawful, accurate, properly authorized, and appropriate for the workspace.
7. Evidence records and limitations
Nehraq evidence records depend on the information, integrations, configuration, timestamps, reviewers, and workflows made available to the platform. Evidence records may assist with internal review, audit preparation, incident analysis, insurance discussions, or legal-defense preparation, but they do not guarantee any legal, regulatory, financial, or insurance outcome.
8. Intellectual property
Nehraq and its software, designs, workflows, user interfaces, logos, documentation, and underlying technology are owned by Nehraq or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you. Feedback may be used by Nehraq to improve products and services without restriction or obligation.
9. Confidentiality
During BETA or customer review, either party may access confidential information. Each party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable care and to use it only for authorized purposes.
10. Third-party services
Nehraq may integrate with or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Nehraq is not responsible for third-party systems, data, outages, security failures, or decisions unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
11. Suspension and termination
Nehraq may suspend or terminate access if we believe use is unauthorized, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, security-risking, or inconsistent with these Terms or BETA requirements. You may stop using Nehraq at any time, subject to data retention and evidence preservation requirements.
12. Disclaimers
Nehraq is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, especially during BETA. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nehraq disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and guaranteed outcomes.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nehraq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, revenue, or insurance coverage. Any liability limits may be further defined in a separate signed agreement.
14. Updates to these Terms
Nehraq may update these Terms as the product, BETA program, legal requirements, or business model evolves. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms should be directed through the official Nehraq support or legal contact channel provided in your access correspondence, workspace, or customer agreement.
