Cookie Policy
Effective date: June 23, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Nehraq may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate our website, onboarding flows, BETA access experience, and Liability OS.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files placed on your browser or device. Similar technologies may store information locally, recognize a browser, remember preferences, support login, or help us understand how pages and product flows are used.
2. Types of technologies we may use
- Strictly necessary technologies: required for site operation, security, access flows, account sessions, form submission, and fraud prevention.
- Preference technologies: remember settings such as interface preferences, theme, onboarding progress, or workspace choices.
- Analytics technologies: help us understand page performance, product usage, onboarding friction, errors, and reliability.
- Security technologies: support abuse detection, rate-limiting, integrity checks, and unauthorized access prevention.
- Communication technologies: may help measure whether onboarding or support communications are effective.
3. How Nehraq uses cookies and local storage
Nehraq may use these technologies to:
- keep users signed in or route them through onboarding steps;
- remember BETA access progress, workspace setup state, and preferences;
- support legal consent records and policy acknowledgement flows;
- improve performance, security, reliability, and product design;
- measure feature adoption and identify errors or broken workflows;
- protect Nehraq and customers from misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access.
4. Local storage during BETA previews
Some BETA preview experiences may use browser storage to remember onboarding progress, interface state, or temporary access flow information. Production customer deployments may use server-side sessions, databases, enterprise identity providers, or other access-control systems depending on configuration.
5. Third-party technologies
We may use third-party service providers for hosting, analytics, security, communications, or support. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies to help provide their services. Their use of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Your choices
You can control cookies through browser settings. Blocking certain cookies or storage technologies may affect site functionality, login, onboarding, security features, preferences, and access to the Liability OS.
7. Do Not Track
Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. There is not yet a consistent industry standard for how services should respond to those signals. Nehraq may respond to legally required preference mechanisms where applicable.
8. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy as our product, infrastructure, analytics, or legal requirements change.
9. Contact
Questions about this Cookie Policy should be directed through the official Nehraq support or legal contact channel provided in your access correspondence, workspace, or customer agreement.
